Refund Policy
Effective date: June 19, 2026
We want you to feel confident trying Postessia. This policy explains our refund terms, in line with India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and general global consumer-protection expectations (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive principles on digital services, where applicable to EU customers).
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Postessia, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid subscription purchase, no questions asked.
- Applies to your first payment on any plan (Solo Pro, Agency, Agency+).
- Does not apply to renewal payments, upgrades, or repeat subscriptions after the initial 7-day window.
- Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated case-by-case at our discretion (e.g., service outage, billing error) but are not guaranteed.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@postessia.in within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Include your registered email and the payment/transaction ID from your Razorpay receipt.
- We will confirm and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, via Razorpay.
3. What's Not Covered
- Renewal/recurring payments after the initial 7-day window
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions (e.g., abuse, fraud, or violations of LinkedIn's ToS committed using our tool)
- Partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations outside the 7-day window (you retain access until the end of your billing period instead — see Section 4)
4. Cancellations (Different from Refunds)
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless it falls within the 7-day guarantee. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Failed/Duplicate Payments
If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical failure with no service delivered), contact billing@postessia.in immediately with your transaction details. Verified billing errors are refunded in full regardless of the 7-day window.
6. GST and Taxes
All invoices are generated via Razorpay. If GST registration applies to your purchase (per applicable thresholds), GST-compliant invoices will be provided automatically. Refunds, where approved, are processed for the full amount paid, inclusive of applicable taxes.
